Step-by-Step Guide to Creating an Organizer Profile
Step 1: Ensure You Have the Organizer Role Type
Check for Organizations Menu: Navigate to the main menu on the website.
If you do not see the Organizations section, you might not have the Organizer role type assigned to your account.

Add Organizer Role:
Go to your User Account Settings.
Edit your profile to add Organizer to your role types.
Save your changes.
Once added, the Organizations section should appear in the main menu.
Step 2: Access the Manage Organizations Section
Click on Manage Organizations in the main menu.
Select Your Organizations.
You will be directed to a page where you can manage your organizer profiles.
Step 3: Create a New Organizer Profile
Click on Add New Organizer.

Fill out the organizer profile form, including:
Organization Name: Enter the name of your organization.
Description: Provide a brief description of your organization.
Contact Information: Add email, phone number, or other contact details.
Website and Social Media Links: Include links to your website, Facebook page, Instagram, etc.
Logo or Image: Upload an image representing your organization.

Step 4: Submit Your Organizer Profile
After completing the form, click on Add New Organizer to submit your profile.
Approval Process:

Linking Events to Your Organizer Profile
Once your organizer profile is approved and connected to your user account, you can start linking events to it.
Step 1: Create a New Event
Navigate to the Create Event page.
Step 2: Select the Hosting Organizer

At the top of the event creation form, you'll see Who's hosting this event?
Click on the dropdown menu.
Any approved organizer profiles associated with your account will appear in the list.
Select the appropriate Organizer that is hosting the event.
Multiple organizations can co-host an event!
Step 3: Complete Event Details
Fill out the rest of the event form with all necessary details.
Update any new information, such as event flyers or additional organizers if needed.
Step 4: Submit the Event
Click on Add a New Event to submit your event.
Your event will now be linked to your organizer profile and will appear on your organizer page.
